I joined the company in March 2022 as CSR Project Manager. In particular, I'm in charge of designing and managing PROVA's sustainable vanilla sourcing projects. We have two sustainable sourcing programs, the NGO VDB and the new Vanille Durable program.
My job is to develop and manage all the actions and projects that form part of these two sustainable programs. The aim is to find a common ground between the expectations of our customers, suppliers, growers and PROVA, while aligning ourselves with the principles of sustainable development. My passion remains exotic raw materials and their sustainable sourcing. I want to continue developing my knowledge of the sector and expand the scope of my projects to other raw materials such as cocoa and coffee. For my short/long-term projects, I'm thinking of moving abroad (again) to be closer to the field and continue to develop my skills.
