IFT 2022: Visitors Impressed!

PROVA participated in the IFT Food Expo in Chicago from July 10 to 13, 2022.

This exhibition gathered buyers and sellers from around the globe, specializing in the food industry. Our teams engaged in discussions on global food trends, and our Executive Chef Gary Patterson participated in the "Cooking Up Science" event! This provided an opportunity to live-cook original recipes on stage, utilizing our ranges of extracts and flavors! The menu featured: a caramel-flavored cold brew coffee, prepared like bubble tea, accompanied by homemade boba (tapioca pearls), as well as Madagascar Bourbon vanilla "Whoopie pies."
