PROVA was present at the IFT Food Expo in Chicago from July 10 to 13, 2022.
The show brought together buyers and sellers from all over the world, specializing in the food industry. Our teams were able to discuss trends in the food world, and our Executive Chef Gary Patterson took part in the "Cooking Up Science" event! This was an opportunity to cook original recipes live on stage, using our range of extracts and flavors! On the menu: a bubble tea-style cold brew coffee, caramel flavor, accompanied by homemade boba (tapioca pearls) and "Whoopie pies" with Madagascan Bourbon vanilla.
