Once again this year, we are proud to inform you that Prova has achieved an excellent score of 99/100 in the gender equality index.
This index measures equal pay for men and women, using 4 indicators to give the company a score out of 100. Following the signature of a collective agreement in favor of professional equality in 2019, the scores obtained on the index over the last two years, 99/100, are the result of the policy and actions carried out by PROVA.
