PROVA and Baccus are delighted to announce the success of their first Innovation roadshow in Malaysia.
From June 12 to 17, 2023, we successfully organized two sensory seminars in Johor and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The event brought together 65 participants from 35 companies. We had the opportunity to present our expertise in extraction and aroma creation. The presentation focused mainly on chocolate, fundamental bakery ingredients such as butter, and masking solutions. Participants were able to understand the impact of ingredient origin on taste, and discover our solutions to their specific challenges.
We would like to express our gratitude to all the participants who contributed to the success of this first edition.
