He spent 3 years in Madagascar in direct contact with our producers. Since his return to France in 2020, he has been in charge of purchasing vanilla, cocoa and coffee, and continues to travel around the world in search of the best raw materials.
Vanilla is primarily grown by small producers around the world. In Madagascar, Indonesia, Papua–New–Guinea and Uganda, each vanilla pod is the result of a long preparation that begins with the manual pollination of the flowers and ends with refining the beans in a wooden box. Our goal is to contribute to the development of each family of planters who cultivate vanilla, by ensuring fair compensation for the work done.
