PROVA commits to gender equality in the workplace

On March 8, International Women's Rights Day, PROVA reaffirms its commitment to gender equality and social progress. At PROVA, with a woman as General Manager, we believe in a future where every woman can fulfill her potential and contribute fully to our collective success.

We are proud to inform you that we have achieved a score of 91/100 on the Gender Equality Index. This index measures equal pay for men and women through 5 indicators that enable the company to be given a score out of 100.

Pay gap indicator:
There is a slight pay gap in favor of men. Calculation of the indicator shows positive progress in efforts to reduce the gap, with a score of 36/40 this year, compared with 35/40 the previous year. Score: 36/40

% of employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave:
All employees returning from maternity leave during which raises occurred were given a raise. Note: 15/15

Individual increase rate gap indicator:
There is a slight gap in favor of women, offsetting the pay gap. Score : 20/20

Promotion rate gap indicator :
Women and men are equally represented. Score:15/15
