I joined PROVA in 2015, on a fixed term contract within the R&D department where I first worked as a polyvalent engineer, and then became interested in plant extraction. I am now a plant extraction manager in a 3-person team. My role is to develop new extracts and flavors with the help of the Aromatic Creation and Marketing departments: sourcing vegetable raw materials and creating processes at a laboratory scale to develop extracts for flavor specialists. My role also consists of constantly overseeing new extraction procedures, trends, and to be attentive to new market requirements.
