I have been working at PROVA for 25 years. I was in charge of the cocoa extraction for 15 years. My job consists in extracting the best from the raw material, and giving it a brilliant appearance and the most beautiful aromatic power. This is the result of more than 75 years of expertise and accumulated experience, a perfectly mastered technology. It is an honor to work at PROVA and to work on the extraction process.
