IFT 2015, A Great Success for PROVA!
PROVA flavor professionals greeted visitors at their 2015 IFT Booth at McCormick Place in Chicago from July 12 to 14. More than 20,000 representatives from food, beverage and nutritional product companies gathered to expand their knowledge of food science and food trends. Innovation, knowledge and insights were exactly what they found at PROVA’s exhibit.
PROVA specialists demonstrated a wide range of application specialties including cake pops, chocolate bites and iced coffees and teas that showcased our sweet brown flavor expertise. PROVA featured unique combinations such as an original Spicy Chai Coconut Tea product concept, as well as chocolate confections with trending tropical flavors including Toasted Coconut, Horchata/Chocolate and Key Lime.
As always, vanilla and chocolate were well represented at IFT. PROVA vanilla and chocolate applications combined the traditional with innovative authenticity, enticing attendees to savor all that was shown. Visitors to the PROVA booth concurred that the products were exceptional, giving us positive reviews and also complimenting us on our new exhibit booth, notably expanded to an island format of 400 square feet (~38 m2).
The IFT show also provided the ideal venue for us to discuss our commitment to sustainability. PROVA is making a significant difference in the lives of more than 800 vanilla planters and curers in Madagascar, improving economic conditions through fair pricing and better farming practices. We are also working hard with the local population to improve schools and enhance the quality of life for local families.
Throughout the IFT, the PROVA team demonstrated the many ways we can support product development with flavors and extracts that really make a positive impact. When we return to IFT next year in Chicago, you can be sure that PROVA will be introducing an entirely new roster of creative applications to delight and inspire.
