COVID-19 – customer information

Dear Customer,

While the COVID-19 situation is still evolving, and very rapidly, we fully ensure the continuity of our activities to date.

In accordance with governmental instructions, we have coordinated to strictly apply the recommended precautionary measures on all our sites (offices, laboratories and factories).
All hygiene procedures have been reinforced and our teams are constantly being
made aware of and trained in their unconditional application.

We have therefore mobilized all our employees to implement alternatives that are as satisfactory as they are appropriate: home office, staggered working hours, limited travel and meetings, additional means of transportation, etc. We have also proceeded to secure the supply of all our raw materials to avoid any shortages.

We have strengthened the coordination of logistics services with transporters, who sometimes have to deal with cancellations and limitations of insured routes. The same hygiene precautions
are also applied to drivers transporting our goods.

We will continue to develop our working and communication methods over the coming weeks as the situation evolves.

Our teams remain solid and supportive with our customers at the heart of our concerns.
Despite the sensitive context, we will continue to provide the best service to all our partners.
